Do you offer in person and/or virtual appointments?

I offer in person or virtual appointments. Virtual appointments are completed with Zoom to ensure HIPPA compliance. In person appointments

Do you take insurance?

I am paneled with BCBS, United Healthcare, Lyra, Select Health and EMI. I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance if I am not yet on panel with your insurance.

What is your availability?

I take appointments on week day evenings and weekends. Availability reviewed at time of scheduling. I currently have immediate openings.
